By accessing or using UFOBOT.AI services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
UFOBOT.AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms periodically, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
UFOBOT.AI operates on a monthly subscription model (SaaS). We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically billed for your selected tier. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used months.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and securing your data through industry-leading encryption and Zero-Knowledge architecture.
We collect only essential information required to operate the service, including account credentials, trading activity logs, and performance metrics. Your API keys are encrypted using AWS KMS (FIPS 140-2) and stored in isolated, secure environments. We never access the plaintext of your API secrets.
UFOBOT.AI integrates with cryptocurrency exchanges via API connections. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. Your exchange API keys are used exclusively for trade execution and monitoring.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Settings page Emergency Ejection feature. Upon deletion, all personal data and API credentials are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

While we implement industry-leading security measures, no system is completely immune to technical failures, bugs, network outages, or cyberattacks. UFOBOT.AI is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, exchange downtime, API failures, or connectivity problems beyond our control.
UFOBOT.AI provides services on an 'as-is' basis with specific limitations on liability and warranties.
UFOBOT.AI is provided 'as-is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the service.
In no event shall UFOBOT.AI, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UFOBOT.AI's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and thereafter submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
